In the 37th episode of the Madness Chronicles, we’ll look at the absurdity of becoming wealthy during an epidemic. Madness is mental illness, extreme and extremely reckless behaviour, or any other chaotic or frenzied activity. Let’s look at the absurdity of pandemic profits.

When we embark on this journey, keep in mind that all businesses have been closed and restaurants shut down, leaving millions of people out of work. Some people are able to create gold from the sour lemons that everyone else around the world enjoys with brutal lockdowns.
Take Elon Musk as an illustration. A young entrepreneur, and a billionaire creator of Tesla. The electric vehicle with a fancy design which is priced higher than most cars is powered by a battery. ZeroHedge reports Musks’ net worth has quadrupled over the past year, reaching more than $100 billion. This is quite a lot, regardless of how you put it. It’s pretty impressive, wouldn’t you agree?
This is a little odd like everything else that’s coming in 2020. Even though Tesla states that it is ‘profitable,’ the cover of Tesla is a completely different story for 2020. Tesla has amassed a staggering $5.6 billion of debt between 2010 through 2020. What, there weren’t profits at Tesla? Yes, of course, but it seems they come in the form of selling’ regulatory credits’. Which netted them a cool $397 million last year. The reason for their profit was “regulatory credits,” not selling Tesla’s new models.
Purely speculation on my part But Musk uses the same accounting company that Dr. Tony Fauci and the CDC utilize to determine Wuhan death from the virus. I’m curious how you are able to sell”regulatory credits”? But, Elon Musk is now the second richest person in the world after Amazon’s Jeff Bezos.
When we talk about Bezos, Forbes reports that since the pandemic started, Bezos’ fortunes have been boosted to over $230 billion, and jumped over $90 billion in the first year of the pandemic. Keep in mind that the word “billion” is a letter that has the letter B in capital letters. Some billionaires were not as fortunate. Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, philanthropist and self-proclaimed vaccine expert. The wealth of the Gates family grew by 20%, which puts his net worth at $118 billion in March. The deer in the headlights Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg did much better than Gates with an 85% gain to $101.2 billion.
The United States has 644 billionaires. These billionaires have a net worth of almost $1 trillion. This indicates that the market is just as unpredictable as the virus. That puts these 644 individuals currently worth $3.88 trillion. This would be with the letter T. Their fortunes increased by an astonishing $934 billion in the course of the epidemic. The $3.88 trillion fortune of these ordinary people is almost more than the $2.1 trillion worth of the bottom 50% of our country’s population, whose wealth was not growing.
It turns out that pandemics aren’t funny. According to the CDC the current outbreak could be the third epidemic in my lifetime. The previous two were unknown to me, and now we have the third. It is possible to contract it if your church goes to you, however not your Walmart. The damn thing must impact the financial fortunes the same way. A tiny fraction of uncountable billionaires gains the world’s richest. While at the same time half of the remaining are in the dark at the traffic lights. It has been a strange year 2020.
We have to end this confusion now, before it is too to late. I would like to wish you health and happiness. For the foreseeable future be happy and have fun. the moment. Also, be conscious of the chaos that surrounds us. It’s the year 2020 and things are becoming out of control.
